Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (�AUP�) is part of the LibOTP Terms of Service. It states what you may and may not do with LibOTP numbers, wallets, APIs, and related tools.
Fraud, scams, phishing, and illegal bypass of security controls are strictly prohibited. We may suspend or ban your account immediately on suspected violation, without prior notice and without cash refund of wallet balance.
1. Intended use
LibOTP is for legitimate temporary SMS verification and related testing where that use is lawful and allowed by the third-party service you access. You are solely responsible for complying with those third parties� terms and applicable law (including Indian law).
2. Strictly prohibited
You may not use LibOTP to:
- Commit fraud, identity theft, phishing, social engineering, or any scam.
- Create fake accounts to cheat promotions, launder funds, or evade bans.
- Bypass security, 2FA, sanctions, age gates, or access restrictions in violation of law.
- Attack, spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Operate malware, ransomware, credential stuffing, or carding campaigns.
- Abuse payment systems: fabricated UTR/TxID, screenshot spoofing, double-claiming deposits.
- Overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or script LibOTP in a way that evades rate limits or CAPTCHA.
- Resell numbers or SMS content in violation of law or provider rules without authorisation.
- Use the Service if you are under 18 or in a jurisdiction where it is illegal.
- Assist others in any of the above.
3. Immediate suspension
If we reasonably suspect a violation, we may immediately:
- suspend or permanently ban the wallet and login;
- cancel open activations;
- block recharge and API access;
- withhold unused balance where required for fraud prevention or legal compliance;
- preserve logs and cooperate with providers or authorities.
We are not required to give a warning first. Serious cases may be reported to payment partners or law enforcement.
4. Third-party platforms
Using LibOTP to violate another platform�s terms is at your own risk. LibOTP is not responsible for account bans, lost access, or disputes with those platforms.
5. Payments and crypto
- Send only the supported token on the selected network to the displayed address.
- Do not submit fabricated TxIDs or claim another user�s payment.
- Do not use LibOTP to launder funds or move proceeds of crime.
6. Fair use of support and APIs
Do not flood support, automate abusive requests, or share admin credentials. Catalog and API access must stay within rate and purpose limits. Bypassing CAPTCHA or rotating identities to evade limits is a violation of this AUP.
7. Reporting abuse
Report abuse to supportlibotp@gmail.com or Telegram @libotponline with wallet ID, order/activation ID, TxID, and timestamps.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of LibOTP after changes means you accept the updated policy.
