Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is part of the LibOTP Terms of Service. By recharging your wallet or using the Service, you agree to these rules.
1. Deposits are final � no cash / payment refund
Once a deposit (UPI, USDT, or any other recharge method) is credited to your LibOTP wallet, it is non-refundable. We do not reverse payments back to your bank, UPI ID, card, or crypto wallet after successful credit.
- Wallet balance is prepaid credit for using LibOTP services only.
- �I don�t want to use / changed my mind / wrong amount� is not a refund reason.
- Unused balance stays in your wallet for future purchases until used or as allowed under our Terms.
2. What you can use the balance for
Credited balance may only be used to buy LibOTP services, including:
- Temporary / virtual numbers for SMS OTP
- Other in-app services we enable for your account
Balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user, or converted to cash.
3. Number / OTP purchases (not deposit refunds)
Separately from deposits: if you buy a number and cancel before any SMS/OTP is received (within the rules shown in the app), the purchase amount may be returned to your LibOTP wallet automatically. That is a wallet credit for an unused activation � not a refund of your original UPI/USDT deposit to your bank or crypto address.
- If an OTP/SMS was already received, that purchase is generally not refundable.
- Provider / third-party app failures (OTP late, blocked number, app rejection) do not create a right to withdraw deposit funds.
4. Welcome / coupon balance
Promotional or welcome credits (if any) may expire and may have separate limits. Expired coupons are not payable as cash and are not refundable.
5. Exceptions (narrow)
We may, at our sole discretion, correct a clear system error (for example duplicate credit of the same confirmed payment). Chargebacks, false TxIDs, or abuse may lead to wallet freeze or ban under our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Hindi summary (for clarity)
- Deposit ke baad payment refund nahi � bank / UPI / USDT wapas nahi.
- Paisa sirf LibOTP pe service (OTP number wagairah) kharidne ke liye hai.
- Number cancel (OTP se pehle) pe amount wallet mein wapas aa sakta hai � ye deposit refund nahi hai.
